Nashik Shikshan Prasarak Mandal is one of the leading educational institutions in the state of Maharashtra. The institution has completed its 106 years successfully. This institution has established Arts and Commerce Ratra Mahavidylaya  since 2018 in order to inculcate the seeds of higher education in  Nashik.

The Mission of our college is to enhance the educational level of students in tribal area, to develop holistic personality, to create consciousness and sensitivity among students about social issues, to inculcate human values among students. The moto of our institution is " Sanhati Karyasadhika".

The college has been running various student centric activities.
